Full time Appointment Setter - working with young vibrant team in BROADWAY, New South Wales

We are a growing Advertising and Marketing company located in Ultimo, with a great young vibrant environment. We are currently looking for an appointment setter to come on board and join our team.
Key Responsibilities-
? Ensure sales reps have a full schedule confirmed of qualified appointments
? High volume of outbound calls
? Ability to work with a sense of urgency and a commitment to quality and first call resolution
? Liaise with sales reps daily
? Ensure system is updated accurately to ensure smooth business flow
? Cold calling, generating your own leads from online sources ? no selling involved ? appointment setting only
The successful candidate will have
? Call centre/cold calling experience not essential however preferred
? Confidence on the phone
? Ability to handle objection and be persuasive
? Ability to turn a difficult call into a positive lead
? Strive for professionalism and success
? Excellent Customer Service
? Excel savvy
? Sound understanding on Sydney suburbs preferable
Training and support is provided. Achievable targets set with appealing incentives and bonuses.
